US stock markets are falling sharply – tech stocks continue to fall

New York (dts news agency) – The US stock exchanges fell sharply on Tuesday. At the end of trading in New York, the Dow was calculated at 27,500.89 points, a decrease of 2.25 percent compared to the previous trading day. A few minutes earlier, the broader S&P 500 was down around 3,330 points (-3.02 percent), the technology exchange Nasdaq calculated the Nasdaq 100 at around 11,080 points (-4.66 percent).

The shares of Apple recorded price losses of over six percent in the red. The European common currency trended weaker on Tuesday evening. One euro cost 1.1779 US dollars (-0.31 percent).
